The Federal Polytechnic Offa has released all the supplementary admission list of candidates who are admitted into various programmes offered by the polytechnic for the 2012/2013 academic session and if you are in doubt of your admission status please Click Here to Check Your Offapoly Admission StatusFEDERAL POLYTECHNIC OFFA SUPPLEMENTARY ADMISSION LIST ACCEPTANCE FEE PAYMENT FOR 2012/2013 ACADEMIC SESSION
All the successfully admitted candidates should follow the procedure below to pay their acceptance fee:
(*) Print the Admission letter online and present to the Admissions Officer for signing.
(*) Pay the Offapoly acceptance fee which is NGN6,200 (Six Thousand Two Hundred Naira only) online, then print the acceptance receipt online and change it to the official receipt in the offa polytechnic Bursary.
(*) Report to their respective Head of Department for preliminary screening with the signed admission letter, receipt for the acceptance fee payment and the original copies of all the necessary credentials. (i.e. O'Level results, Birth certificate, State of Origin. Etc)
(*)Important Notice(*) Candidates should take note that this exercise MUST be completed on or before Friday 23rd November, 2012.
Any such Candidates who failed to adhered to this procedure, will forfeit his or her offer of admission.
