The latest information reaching us from The Federal University of Technology Akure (FUTA), all the Students who has the below problems are encourage to report at computer resource centre.
Any Student of FUTA who are going through any of the under-listed problems, should please report at Computer Resource Center(CRC) between the hour of 11am and 2pm.
Some of the problems encountered are;
1. Unable to retrieve Username and Password
2. Cannot Confirm Payment after making payment in bank
3. Showing 200Level instead of 300Level at the point of payment in bank
4. Wrong Confirmation Code
5. Matric Number not found
6. Unable to pay school fees
7. Seeing another person records after logging in.
*Important Notice* to get attended to, please go to the Computer Resource Centre at 11am and 2pm daily to resolve the issue.
