The MTN foundation Scholarship 2012 is avialable for the blind students of Nigerian Tertiary institutions.
All the blind students of any Public Nigerian Universities are fully eligible to apply for the MTN foundation scholarships.
All the blind students are expected to Contact the Student Affairs Office of their respective tertiary institutions for extensive information and application procedure.
