GUIDELINES FOR OSUSTECH 2012/2013 SCREENING EXERCISE
The Ondo State University of Science and Technology Screening exercise is scheduled to hold between Monday 5th and Wednesday 7th November, 2012.
All the Candidates are expected to be at the University’s Mini Campus at 9 a.m prompt each day.
All the Candidates should come along with the original and four photocopies each of the following documents/items:
1. Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board Examination Result Printout; To Get Your Original JAMB results slip CLICK HERE
2. Candidates are to come with OSUSTECH Post UTME Screening Result Slip.
3. Three (3) Copies of offer of Admission by JAMB; To get your Original JAMB admission letter CLICK HERE
4. WAEC/NECO Statement Of Result Issued and duly signed by the Principal Or Certificate Issued by the Examination Body.
5. Attestation letter from a reputable clergyman/Imam/Lawyer/Senior Civil Servant, Traditional Ruler.
6. Medical Record of Fitness and Chest X-Ray (This must be from Government Owned Hospital)
7. Certificate of Birth/Sworn Declaration of Age.
