The Oyo State Scholarship Board is established by the Oyo State Government which is responsible for the provision of scholarships to indigenes intending to study or currently studying in Higher Tertiary Institution in Nigeria. All indigene of OYO State is eligible to apply, as long as you interested.
How to Apply For OYO State Indegene Scholarship For 2012/2013 Session
To apply for the Oyo State 2012/2013 scholarship scheme, please follow the instructions outlined below:
1. Intending candidates MUST deposit as registration fee for the Oyo State Scholarship Scheme the sum of NGN3,000 (Three Thousand Naira Only) for tertiary institution applicants.
2. Candidates should make their payment into the following account:
Bank: Guaranty Trust Bank
Account Name: Meridian/Oyo State Scholarship
Account Number: 238/239226/111
3. After making your payment of the registration fee, applicants must fill the OYO STATE INDIGENE SCHOLARSHIP ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM which must also include details of their deposit slip number, this is avialable on your bank teller.
4. All the applicants are advice to print a copy of the online application form after clicking on the Submit Registration button.
5. The deadline Registration for Oyo State Indigene Scholarship is 30th November 2012
6. Scholarships will be awarded to successful candidates based on MERIT after the completion of a screening test which will be communicated to all applicants in due course.
