We are using this medium to inform all the Freshers/newly admitted students of The polytechnic Ibadan, (ibadanpoly) that clearance/registration has been slated to commenced Monday, 15th October, 2012. This exercise is for Students where given provisional admission for 2012/2013 academic session.

How To Check Your Polytechnic Ibadan Admission Status Online 2012/2013
Step 1. Locate a computer system connected to the internet and then Goto the polytechnic official website at www.polyibadan.edu.ng
Step 2. When the page loads up, Login using your CARD PIN and your Jamb Registration Number.
Step 3. Click on the "Login" button and Your admission status will be displayed on your computer screen.
Requirements For Ibadanpoly Clearance/Registration 2012
After checking the Polyibadan admission list and you are among those who are successfully admitted, then follow the guide given below to claim your admission.
All the prospective students are required to present their originals and two(2) clear set of photocopies of the following documents/items;
(1.) Admission Slip from the internet.
(2.) Acceptance/provisional admission fee receipt
(3.) Jamb Result Slip (ND JAMB candidates only)
(4.) O'levels, ND result/certificate
(5.) Two(2) passport photographs
(6.) Industrial training letter(HND candidate only)
(7.) Evidence of change of course/Institution.
All the newly admitted students of Ibadanpoly should endeavor to visit the main campus 'in person' to be cleared before the commencement of academic activities, which is expected to start anytime from now.
