This is to inform the members of the general public that the former Vice Chancellor of the Imo State University, (Imsu) Prof. BEB Nwoke has been removed from office.
After a thorough scourge for a new Vice Chancellor to replace him, Prof A.Awuzie who is an Imo-state origin who hails from Umuzike in Orlu has been appointed as the new V.C of Imo state university.
According to the report, the former Vice Chancellor of IMSU Prof. BEB Nwoke was removed because of his gross irregularities, corruption, nepotism and lots more in the school.
The inauguration ceremony for the new V.C will be fixed on a later date.
